The inquiry may include the website page and campaign information from the link you used.

What happens next

Justin can respond by email or, if you supply a phone number, by phone. Submitting this form does not enroll you in automated text messages or marketing campaigns, provide a valuation, or confirm a showing appointment.

Service providers

The website runs on Namecheap hosting and uses Follow Up Boss to manage inquiries. The server uses security logs, a session cookie, and request records to prevent spam and duplicate submissions. Keep payment information, account passwords, tax identifiers, and other sensitive information out of the message field.

Listing-provider forms and other services

IDX Broker supplies the live listings and its own property/contact pages. Details you enter into an IDX form are handled by that provider under its own notices; those forms are separate from this website’s inquiry form. Embedded blog content and externally loaded fonts may also connect to their respective providers.
